Information from Third-Party Social Media Services

The Company allows You to create an account and log in to use the Service through the following Third-party Social Media Service:

If You decide to register through or otherwise grant us access to a Third-Party Social Media Service, We may collect Personal Data that is already associated with Your third-party account, such as Your name, Your email address, Your activities, or Your contact list.

Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on Our Service and store certain information. Tracking technologies used include beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze Our Service.

• Cookies or Browser Cookies. A cookie is a small file placed on Your Device. You can instruct Your browser to refuse all Cookies or to indicate when a Cookie is being sent. However, if You do not accept Cookies, You may not be able to use some parts of Our Service.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including monitoring the usage of our Service.
• To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.
• To provide You with news, special offers, and general information about other goods, services, and events that we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about, unless You have opted not to receive such information.
• To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.
• For other purposes: We may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns, as well as evaluating and improving our Service, products, services, marketing, and your overall experience.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or when We are legally obligated to retain it for longer time periods.

These retention principles also apply to information processed through our integrations. Revoking an integration’s access is separate from requesting deletion of information already collected.

Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.

Our Service may give You the ability to delete certain information about You from within the Service.

You may update, amend, or delete Your information at any time by signing in to Your Account (if you have one) and visiting the account settings section that allows you to manage Your personal information. You may also contact Us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to Us.

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

You are responsible for ensuring the security of Your Account and the credentials You use to access the Service. We recommend enabling all available security features, to protect access to Your Account and any Personal Data stored or processed therein.

Connecting Your Loova Account

You may connect your Loova account to compatible third-party AI assistants, applications, and command-line clients through our supported integrations, including the Model Context Protocol (“MCP”). Depending on the permissions you grant, a connected client may access your profile and Credits information, read assets and generation tasks, upload reference materials, obtain quotes, and submit creative tasks.

Information We Process

When a connected client calls Loova tools, we process the information it sends and the information necessary to fulfill the request. This may include prompts, reference images and videos, asset and task identifiers, model selections, generation settings, generated content, and related account and Credits information.

Connecting your account does not, by itself, provide Loova with your entire conversation history. Your chosen client may, however, include conversation excerpts or other context in requests sent to Loova.

Purposes and Recipients

We process this information to authenticate requests, enforce permissions, provide creative workflows, manage Credits and billing, return task status and results, troubleshoot issues, and protect the Service.

Relevant information may be shared with infrastructure providers and AI model providers involved in fulfilling your request. Information returned to your connected client may include account information, task status, generated content, and asset links. The third-party client’s processing of that information is governed by its own privacy policy and settings.

Connection and Usage Records

We process connection and authorization records, tool-call metadata, task outcomes, error information, and related Credits or transaction records for service operation, security, troubleshooting, and usage analysis. These operational and transaction records are separate from using your creative content for model training, advertising profiles, or public promotion.

Our Data Protection Commitments

We do not use prompts, reference materials, or generated content submitted or created through our integrations to train Loova’s AI models. Any future use for that purpose will require your separate, affirmative opt-in and will not be a condition of using our core generation services.

We do not use your integration prompts, reference materials, or generated content to build advertising profiles or target personalized advertisements.

We do not publish your private prompts, reference materials, or generated content in our marketing materials, public galleries, or promotional campaigns without your separate permission. This does not prevent us from displaying content where you expressly choose to publish or share it.

These commitments describe Loova’s use of your content. Your chosen third-party client’s separate processing remains governed by its own privacy policy. We share content with service providers only as needed for the purposes described in this section.

Your Choices and Controls

You can revoke a connected client’s access through the available controls in your Loova account. Once revoked, that connection can no longer make authorized requests to your account unless you authorize it again. You may also need to remove the connection separately in the third-party client.

Disconnecting does not automatically delete previously submitted materials, generated content, or task records, and does not necessarily cancel tasks already submitted. Copies previously received by a third-party client are subject to that provider’s retention and deletion practices.

You may use available account controls or contact us through the contact details below to request access, correction, or deletion, as applicable. We process deletion requests and remove information that is no longer necessary, subject to applicable legal requirements, security needs, dispute resolution, and other legitimate retention grounds described in this Privacy Policy. Revoking a connection does not replace a deletion request.

Prohibited Content

We prohibit the following types of content:

• Illegal Content: Any content that promotes, facilitates, or engages in illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, violence, or the sale of illegal goods or services.
• Harmful Content: Content that incites hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.
• Explicit or Adult Content: Pornographic, excessively violent, or otherwise inappropriate content, including depictions of sexual abuse, child exploitation, or animal cruelty.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Content that infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others.
• False or Misleading Content: Content that is intentionally false, misleading, or deceptive, particularly when presented as factual.
• Privacy Violations: Content that discloses personal information without consent or invades someone's privacy.
• Hate Speech: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or hostility towards individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
• Harassment and Bullying: Content that targets individuals or groups with the intent to harass, threaten, or bully.
• Self-Harm and Suicide: Content that promotes or glorifies self-harm, suicide, or other dangerous behaviors.
• Spam and Malware: Spam, content containing malware, or content intended to phish, scam, or harm users.
• Impersonation: Content that impersonates individuals, organizations, or entities in a misleading or deceptive manner.
• Prohibited Uses: Using our services for any illegal or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to illegal gambling, spreading viruses, or interfering with our services.

Additional Restrictions for AI-Generated Content

Since our platform utilizes AI to generate content, we have additional restrictions to ensure the ethical and responsible use of this technology:

• No Misrepresentation: You must not represent AI-generated content as being created by you without proper disclosure.
• No Sensitive Data Input: You must not input sensitive personal data (such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health data, or sexual orientation) into our AI tools.
• No Harmful Outputs: You must not use our AI tools to generate content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the above prohibitions.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these restrictions and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts. We may also report illegal activities to the appropriate authorities.
